Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pain Intensity of at least 3 on NPRS
  • •2\. Presence of palpable trigger points in upper trapezius muscle
  • •3\. Restricted /Painful cervical range of motion
  • •4\. Age limit: 19\-45 years
  • •5\. At least 2 hours in sitting position for computer work or studying
  • •6\. Patient is willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Diagnosis of fibromyalgia
  • •2\. Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy
  • •3\. History of trauma or whiplash injury
  • •4\. History of cervical of shoulder surgery
  • •5\. Subject complains of other radiating pain
