- •1. Pain Intensity of at least 3 on NPRS
- •2. Presence of palpable trigger points in upper trapezius muscle
- •3. Restricted /Painful cervical range of motion
- •4. Age limit: 19-45 years
- •5. At least 2 hours in sitting position for computer work or studying
- •6. Patient is willing to participate
排除标准
- •1. Diagnosis of fibromyalgia
- •2. Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy
- •3. History of trauma or whiplash injury
- •4. History of cervical of shoulder surgery
- •5. Subject complains of other radiating pain
