Inclusion Criteria
1. Pain Intensity of at least 3 on NPRS
2. Presence of palpable trigger points in upper trapezius muscle
3. Restricted /Painful cervical range of motion
4. Age limit: 19-45 years
5. At least 2 hours in sitting position for computer work or studying
6. Patient is willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosis of fibromyalgia
2. Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy
3. History of trauma or whiplash injury
4. History of cervical of shoulder surgery
5. Subject complains of other radiating pain
