- •Nurses of surgical wards (abdomen and orthopedics)
- •Nurses with at least 6 months of work experience in the relevant wards
- •Nurses with at least a bachelor's degree
Exclusion Criteria
- •Transferring nurses from the surgery department to another department
- •Absence or going on sick leave
