1.Patients of age 20-50 years indicated for extraction of
single rooted maxillary premolar.
2.Patient desiring restoration with a dental implant.
3.Teeth with straight root.
4.ASA1 (American society of anaesthesiologists) patients.
5.Minimum root length of 10 mm.
6.Patient willingness to comply with study requirements.
1.Medically compromised patients.
2.Medical conditions or medications known to alter soft
tissue or bony healing.
3.Patients with poor oral hygiene maintenance.
4.Patients with smoking habit.
5.Patients with pregnancy.
6,Roots extending into maxillary sinus.
7. Patients with dehiscence in buccal cortical plates after
extraction
