Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Aged over 50 years with osteoporosis.
- •2\) Gender is not limited.
- •3\) Have the ability of autonomous behavior, can be regularly followed up in my unit.
- •4\) Lumbar surgery was performed for the first time.
- •5\) Sign informed consent and cooperate closely.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Severe complications such as serious underlying diseases and post\-operative infections.
- •2\) Complicated with spinal tumors, tuberculosis and other spinal joint diseases.
- •3\) Severe adverse reactions were discontinued or could not be treated as planned.
- •4\) During the following period, other treatment methods were adopted and the results were affected.
- •5\) Patients voluntarily withdraw from the trial.
