Inclusion Criteria
1.Age group of 14 - 35 years, both males and females
2.Sites with probing depth more than 5 mm
3.Loss of clinical attachment level more than 5 mm
Exclusion Criteria
1.Debilitating systemic disease
2.Received antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs during the 6 months prior to the study
3.Received periodontal therapy during the 6 months to 1 year prior to the study
4.Lactose intolerance
5.Allergy to Microdox (Doxycycline) or Inersan (Probiotics)
6.Pregnancy
7.Lactating women
8.Smokers
