- •1.Age group of 14 - 35 years, both males and females
- •2.Sites with probing depth more than 5 mm
- •3.Loss of clinical attachment level more than 5 mm
排除标准
- •1.Debilitating systemic disease
- •2.Received antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs during the 6 months prior to the study
- •3.Received periodontal therapy during the 6 months to 1 year prior to the study
- •4.Lactose intolerance
- •5.Allergy to Microdox (Doxycycline) or Inersan (Probiotics)
- •6.Pregnancy
- •7.Lactating women
