- •All patients who meet the inclusion criteria and are admitted to hospital for elective or
- •emergency surgery within the defined study period dates will be included in the Surg Week 2 Study.
- •Age: No age restrictions
- •Any elective or emergency operation performed in an operating theatre
- •All surgical specialties
- •Approach: Open, laparoscopic, laparoscopic assisted, laparoscopic converted, robotic,
- •robotic converted procedures are all eligible.
- •Both day case surgery and inpatient operations are eligible.
排除标准
- •Patient who do not undergo an operation
- •Patients undergoing angiography, endoscopic procedures or minor procedures
- •Patients should be entered into study only once
