Intra operative outcome and postoperative follow up of IPSS score and IEFF score at 6 months.

Inclusion Criteria
  • BPH patients with failed medical treatment
  • Refractory retention
  • Hematuria
  • Bladder stones
  • Renal impairment due to BPH
Exclusion Criteria
  • Neurogenic patients
  • stricture urethra
