入选标准
- •small for gestational age neonates birth weight less than 1500 grams started on feeds within 48 hours of life
排除标准
- •1)Major congenital malformation including Tracheo-Esophageal Fistula, Oesophageal Atresia, duodenal atresia interfering or delaying feed initiation
- •2) Chromosomal abnormalities
- •3) Intestinal perforation before initiation of feed
- •4) Infants with absent or reversed end diastolic flow (AEDF/REDF) in antenatal usg
- •5) Infants who are severely sick, on invasive ventilation with shock (on inotropes)
