Inclusion Criteria
- •patients about to start with orthodontic treatment
- •willing to provide informed consent for the procedure
- •no significant systemic or dental disease
- •patients with intellectual ability to score pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of high chilli diet
- •patients using theophylline or ACE inhibitors
- •history of chronic obstructive lung disease
