- •1) Patient ASA (American society of anesthesiologist) 1-3 physical status
- •2) Patient undergoing total knee replacement surgery
排除标准
- •1) Absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •2) Skin infection local site
- •3) Pregnancy
- •4) Allergy to local anaesthetic drug, TFP
- •5) Patient with pre-existing neurological deficit
- •6) Requirement of conversion to general anaesthesia due to inadequate block
- •7) Intolerance to or dependence on opioid
- •8) Known case of Severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease
