Inclusion Criteria
1) Patient ASA (American society of anesthesiologist) 1-3 physical status
2) Patient undergoing total knee replacement surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1) Absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
2) Skin infection local site
3) Pregnancy
4) Allergy to local anaesthetic drug, TFP
5) Patient with pre-existing neurological deficit
6) Requirement of conversion to general anaesthesia due to inadequate block
7) Intolerance to or dependence on opioid
8) Known case of Severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease
