Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy sedentary employees, able to produce a medical clearance to exercise, and willingness to be randomised to treatment or waitlist groups.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inability to commit to intervention, and medical conditions severly limiting regular exercise.
