Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient above 18 years of age
2. Patient with sofa score more than 6/24 at the time of admission
Exclusion Criteria
1. All the patients with SOFA score less than 6/24
2. those who have received magnesium supplement therapy
3. Patients with age less than 18 years.
