•1 Patients having age between 30 to 50 years old irrespective of gender, caste and religion
•2 Typical clinical features of Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi present According to Charak Samhita
•3 Patient with specific symptoms like â??Sakthini kshep nigrahaâ?? and positive signs such as SLR Test (Active & passive), Braggardâ??s test will be included
•4 Patients having chronicity of Gridhrasi less than 5 years
•5 No other neurological deficit.

•1 Known case of carcinoma of spine, tuberculosis, tumors of neoplasm of spine, or any infective conditions of spine
•2 History of trauma and fracture of spine
•3 History of surgery of lower limbs and spine
•4 Pregnant women and lactating mothers
•5 Congenital or acquired lower limb deformities
