Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients having age between 30 to 50 years old irrespective of gender, caste and religion
2 Typical clinical features of Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi present According to Charak Samhita
3 Patient with specific symptoms like â??Sakthini kshep nigrahaâ?? and positive signs such as SLR Test (Active & passive), Braggardâ??s test will be included
4 Patients having chronicity of Gridhrasi less than 5 years
5 No other neurological deficit.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Known case of carcinoma of spine, tuberculosis, tumors of neoplasm of spine, or any infective conditions of spine
2 History of trauma and fracture of spine
3 History of surgery of lower limbs and spine
4 Pregnant women and lactating mothers
5 Congenital or acquired lower limb deformities
