Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. According to the diagnostic criteria of the American rheumatic Association;
- •2\. Aged 40\-70 years;
- •3\. Patients with Kellgren / Lawrence classification I\-III according to the X\-ray images of the patients;
- •4\. They agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with acute knee trauma, bone tuberculosis, tumor, joint infection, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases; 2\. Patients with respiratory tract, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, psychiatric diseases;
- •3\. patients with cardiac pacemaker, metal implants, and other diseases unable to cooperate with MR examination.
