Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) = 26 points; age-adapted normal to light overweight (BMI 25-29,9 kg/m²); written informed consent
active smokers; acute, active infection of upper [ICD-10: J00-J06] or lower respiratory tract [ICD-10: J09-J18; J20-J22]; drastic, unintentional weight loss (> 5% last 6 months); (severe) food intolerances/allergies [ICD-10: T78] to milk/-products (in particular milk protein, whey protein, lactose), rosemary, blood orange, algae; acute herniated disc [ICD-10: M51]; diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2 [ICD-10: E10 and E11]; obesity (BMI =30 kg / m²) [ICD-10: E65-66]; dementia [ICD-10: F00-F03]; self-reported severe/active diseases of liver or kidney, rheumatic diseases as well as malignancies
