Patients having signs and symptoms of vicharchika patients in between age group 16 to 60 years patients will be selected irrespective of cast sex religion and socioeconomical status patients having chronicity not more than 5 years patients having controlled hypertension patients who are willing to participate and ready to give written consent patients who are not participated in any other trial or last 6 month
Patients having Diabetes Mellitus patients having varicose vein Patients with Psoriasis Leprosy or other skin disease patients having any other uncontrolled systemic disorders and chronicity more than 5 year patients who are not willing to participate and not ready to give written Consent Patients regular corticosteroid therapy for long term
