1. Subject with a known case of corneal perforation and descemetocele due to both infectious and non - infectious cause
2. Subjects with corneal perforation due to trauma
3. Subjects with corneal perforation size between 3.5 to 5.5 mm in diameter
4. Patients with no previous history of keratoplasty
5. In case of bilateral cases, the severely affected eye is included
6. Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent
1. Corneal perforation < 0.5 mm at its greatest width at presentation.
2. Any active corneal infection
3. Corneal scar not easily distinguishable from a current ulcer.
4. Previous penetrating keratoplasty in the affected eye.
5. <18 years of age of both gender
6. Pregnancy (by history or urine test) or breast-feeding.
7. Acuity worse than 6/60 (20/200) in the other eye.
8. Known allergy to medications (antibiotics or preservatives).
9. No light perception in the affected eye
10. Patients who are not willing to sign the consent form
