- •patients affected by relapsing and remittent SM primarily progressive with a mild cognitive impairment, defined by a score minor than cut off at at least 1 memory test and/or on execution and attention, or to 2 tests related to the same functions; age between 18 and 65; patients able to give their informed consent.
