Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Women whose BMI falls within 18\.5 to 24\.9\.
  • •2 Women whose BMI falls within 25\.0 to 29\.9
  • •3 Middle\-aged adults between 36 to 64 years.
  • •4 women who are married.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Women who have a BMI under 18\.5
  • •2 Women who are unmarried.
  • •3 Women who are unable to read and understand English as a medium of communication.
  • •4 Women who have been clinically diagnosed with any eating disorders.
  • •Women who lack access to basic technological knowledge and access to internet
