- Ages
- >= 40age old to ot applicable (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1) Japanese healthy persons over 40 years old (at the time of registration) with no previous medical history
- •(2) Any gender
- •(3) BMI: 18-25 kg/m2
- •(4) Living environment: not engaged in night work
- •(5) Able to stay overnight for two nights on two occasions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1) Patients with psychosis or psychiatric symptoms that make it difficult for them to participate in the study
- •(2) Those who regularly take drugs, supplements, or other nutritional supplements that affect sleep.
- •(3) Those who are not engaged in late-night work.
