入选标准
- •Healthy adult patients aged 18 to 50 years
- •Presence of irreversible pulpitis in a mandibular first molar, without any signs of periapical involvement.
- •Presence of healthy adjacent and contra-lateral second premolars
排除标准
- •Patients with known allergy, sensitivity or contraindication to lignocaine
- •Presence of systemic or mental disorders, pregnancy, lactation
- •Patients who had taken analgesics within 12 hours before root canal therapy
- •Presence of non-vital pulp tissue on access opening
- •Molars with calcified canals, pulp stones
