•1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic tension headache with pericranial muscle diseases;
•2. Aged from 20 to 70 years;
•3. Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6) score (49,60);
•4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

•1. Headache caused by intracranial lesions;
•2. Cervical spondylosis with severe or acute edema of spinal cord type;
•3. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or abdominal neoplasms, tuberculosis, inflammation, edema, abdominal aortic aneurysm, inferior vena cava thrombosis, filter and other abdominal vascular diseases are more serious;
•4. Patients with severe heart disease or hypertension;
•5. Women during pregnancy and menstruation;
•6. Psychiatric patients;
•7. A patient with headache caused by diseases of the ears, eyes, nose and teeth;
•8. Skin injuries in head, neck, shoulder and abdomen should not be treated with massage;
•9. A person who is incapacitated or unable to read and write independently;
•10. Other circumstances that the researchers considered inappropriate to participate in the study.
