Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic tension headache with pericranial muscle diseases;
  • 2\. Aged from 20 to 70 years;
  • 3\. Headache Impact Test\-6 (HIT\-6\) score (49,60\);
  • 4\. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Headache caused by intracranial lesions;
  • 2\. Cervical spondylosis with severe or acute edema of spinal cord type;
  • 3\. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or abdominal neoplasms, tuberculosis, inflammation, edema, abdominal aortic aneurysm, inferior vena cava thrombosis, filter and other abdominal vascular diseases are more serious;
  • 4\. Patients with severe heart disease or hypertension;
  • 5\. Women during pregnancy and menstruation;
  • 6\. Psychiatric patients;
  • 7\. A patient with headache caused by diseases of the ears, eyes, nose and teeth;
  • 8\. Skin injuries in head, neck, shoulder and abdomen should not be treated with massage;
  • 9\. A person who is incapacitated or unable to read and write independently;
  • 10\. Other circumstances that the researchers considered inappropriate to participate in the study.
