Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic tension headache with pericranial muscle diseases;
- •2\. Aged from 20 to 70 years;
- •3\. Headache Impact Test\-6 (HIT\-6\) score (49,60\);
- •4\. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Headache caused by intracranial lesions;
- •2\. Cervical spondylosis with severe or acute edema of spinal cord type;
- •3\. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or abdominal neoplasms, tuberculosis, inflammation, edema, abdominal aortic aneurysm, inferior vena cava thrombosis, filter and other abdominal vascular diseases are more serious;
- •4\. Patients with severe heart disease or hypertension;
- •5\. Women during pregnancy and menstruation;
- •6\. Psychiatric patients;
- •7\. A patient with headache caused by diseases of the ears, eyes, nose and teeth;
- •8\. Skin injuries in head, neck, shoulder and abdomen should not be treated with massage;
- •9\. A person who is incapacitated or unable to read and write independently;
- •10\. Other circumstances that the researchers considered inappropriate to participate in the study.
