had a gestational diabetes diagnosis in the last two years
- are at least 3 months post-partum
- have a Body Mass Index between 25 and 50 kg/m2
- Are currently pregnant or trying to fall pregnant
- Have an orthopaedic and/or medical condition that may impact on your ability to safely participate in exercise or you have been diagnosed with diabetes (Type 1 or 2).
-Do not pass the pre-exercise screening tool (or you cannot obtain a Dr’s clearance if do you not pass the screener) for safety to engage in physical activity.
- have a smartphone, desktop computer, laptop or tablet computer and access to a broadband Internet connection suitable for conducting video calls (e.g. Skype).
