入选标准
- •All asymptomatic infants at risk for hypoglycemia include:
- •Late preterm infants (GA 34-366/7 week)
- •Infants of diabetic mother
- •Small for gestational age (BW < 10th percentile)
- •Large for gestational age (BW > 90th percentile)
- •Low birth weight (BW < 2500 g)
- •Macrosomia (BW > 4000 g)
排除标准
- •-Birth weight less than 1800 g
- •-Previous treatment for hypoglycemia by either oral feed or intravenous fluid
- •-Congenital abnormality
- •-Admitted to NICU
