- •Entry criteria:
- •Caregivers who have been working in Golestan province nursing homes;
- •Be able to read and write;
- •Minimum of work is three hours a day three days a week;
- •At least three months work in long-term care facilities;
- •Announce their informed consent to participate in research.
- •Exclusion criteria:
- •Not participate in two sessions;
- •Failure to complete the questionnaires;
- •Stop working in nursing home for any reason;
- •Relinquishment from cooperation in the study
