入选标准
- •Exclusion criteria: Patients with liver, kidney and blood disorders or with previous thrombosis disease; poses of bleeding disorders; abnormal coagulation parameters (prothrombin time and platelet count) ; systolic blood pressure more than 185 on the day of surgery; the patients who were taking aspirin or any kind of anticoagulant a week before the surgery; patients who had history of intracranial arteries surgery and also patients who their surgery will take 3 to 6 hours, will be excluded from study.
- •Brain Tumor; age range of 18 to 60 years; ASA class 1 or 2.
