1. Pregnant women who come to ANC during 1 June - 31 December 2018
2. Thai nationality
3. Planing to live and not move to other place until children has 6 month of age
4. Able to communicate properly
Exclusion Criteria
1. Illness or conditions that difficult to blood draw
