Inclusion Criteria
age older than 18 and belo 36 years
good sleep (6-8 hours) in the night previous to the experiment and no abuse of substances
Exclusion Criteria
no pregnancy or lactation, no intake of neuroenhancers, ability for smoking cessation of 24 hours, not suffering from diabetes, no severe illness influencing the quality of life, no severe illness influencing the mental or physical performance.
