Healthy Medical professionals who have are willing to sign the informed consent form and who have not have used topical or systemic antimicrobial agents or any other medication known to affect the microbial flora of the skin before 3 hours from the time of swab collection
1.Devoid of cuts, dermatoses, skin manifestations
2.Participants having nails greater than 2 mm, having artificial nails, or wearing non-removable jewellery
3.Participants with previous or established history of hypersensitivity
4.Participants who suffered from any infectious disease a week before swab collection
