- •The inclusion criteria were being aged from 30 to 55 years, being diagnosed for at least 1 month, being under medical treatments, having passed at least one course of chemotherapy and being able to understand and speak Farsi language.
- •The exclusion criteria were unwillingness to participate, missing more than 3 sessions and incidence of an acute physical or mental problem.
