Inclusion Criteria

Written permission for study participation
- at least one assured diagnose ICD- 10 R52.1., R52.2 oder F45.41 (chronic pain)
- full legal capacity
- Good command of the german language
- taking WHO II or WHO III opioids for at least 3 months
- patients are known by the caregiver for at least one quarter and at least two appointments

Primary Outcome Measures

Reliability and validity of the two questionnaires compared with the external criterion riskscore. <br>The riskscore consists of the following criterions: <br>- Global clinical judgment <br>- alcohol- and tobacco consumption of the patient<br>- Results of the PHQ-4 Questionnaire in terms of fear & depression

1. ROC- analysis will be carried out for both questionnaires individually to determine thresholds. These thresholds will be evaluated , in terms of their abilitly to graduate patients in two categories (high risk, low risk) by AUC- testing. <br>2. The correlation between the two questionnaires will be evaluated by Pearson correlation coefficient to find out if the thresholds of the two questionnaires classify patients in the same categories (high and low risk).
