Selection Criteria
Persons who meet all of the following criteria will be included in the study.
Survey 1: Questionnaire survey
1) Age 20 years or older
2) No persistent physical or psychiatric symptoms
3) Have a good understanding of the explanations and give written consent.
Survey 2: Mindfulness training
1) Undergraduate and graduate students 20 years old or older who belong to Kagawa University
2) No persistent physical or mental symptoms
3) Have fully understood the explanations given and have given written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
The following persons shall be excluded
1) Those with regular hospital visits or medication
2) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator
