Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Selection Criteria
- •Persons who meet all of the following criteria will be included in the study.
- •Survey 1: Questionnaire survey
- •1\) Age 20 years or older
- •2\) No persistent physical or psychiatric symptoms
- •3\) Have a good understanding of the explanations and give written consent.
- •Survey 2: Mindfulness training
- •1\) Undergraduate and graduate students 20 years old or older who belong to Kagawa University
- •2\) No persistent physical or mental symptoms
- •3\) Have fully understood the explanations given and have given written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion Criteria
- •The following persons shall be excluded
- •1\) Those with regular hospital visits or medication
- •2\) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator
