- •Adult men between 18 -70 years with unilateral inguinal hernia and fit for general anaesthesia under ASA grade I and II.
排除标准
- •Patients with complicated hernia, i.e. irreducible, obstructed and strangulated hernias, previous lower abdominal surgery and coagulopathies.
- •Patients who are not giving informed consent for randomization, blinding, or TEP.
