Be a prison worker for at least one (1) year in one of the prison units that will be the location of this research; person deprived of liberty, with conviction and res judicata; agree to participate by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form
Not accepting to sign the Free and Informed Consent Form; present a medical diagnosis of mental illness that makes it difficult to understand the issues that make up the data collection instruments; patients using: diuretics, laxatives and hypotensives, with prostatic disease, gastroenteritis, dermatoses in general and with a history of seizures, chemically dependent patients

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find improvement in anxiety and related outcomes through the method of analysis of the instrument Beck Anxiety Inventory - BAI. We will observe the sum of the values of all the items, which allows the classification, being a minimum level for scores from 0 to 7 points; light from 8 to 15; moderate from 16 to 25; and record from 26 to 53 points. Data collected before intervention with rosemary extract capsules and after use for three months.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method A reduction in pain symptoms is expected, using the Nordic Pain Instrument assessment method. we will observe the results in two moments, before and after the intervention with rosemary extract capsules for three months, with variables from 0 to 4, with 0 being the absence of pain, 1 pain in the last 12 months or 7 days, 2 in the last 12 m and seven days, 3 in the last 12 months or seven days with absence from work, and, 4, for pain in the last 12 months and seven days with absence from work. Level 4 is understood as chronic pain and 1 to 3 non-chronic pain, zero being the absence of pain.
