Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with senile cataract and considered cataract surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with history of other ocular diseases that effects visual acuity
2. history of corneal ulcer
3. history of eye injury
4. history of major ocular surgery
5. dry eye disease (Oxford score > grade 2)
6. history of using oral/topical drugs causing dry eye symptoms
7. Patients who want to use the IOL other than the one used in this research
8. Patients who cannot cooperate during the eye examination and surgery
