Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with senile cataract and considered cataract surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with history of other ocular diseases that effects visual acuity
- •2\. history of corneal ulcer
- •3\. history of eye injury
- •4\. history of major ocular surgery
- •5\. dry eye disease (Oxford score \> grade 2\)
- •6\. history of using oral/topical drugs causing dry eye symptoms
- •7\. Patients who want to use the IOL other than the one used in this research
- •8\. Patients who cannot cooperate during the eye examination and surgery
