A)Should have played one of the following sports
1. Basketball
2. Football
3. Handball
4. Hockey
B) Recruitment of participant with shoe sizes between UK 7-10
The participants will be excluded from the study with the following criteria
1. The individuals with any injury to the lower limb in the past 6 months.
2. The individuals with any surgery to the lower limb in the last 6 months.
3. Presence of ankle instability

Name Time Method Kinematic measures: <br/ ><br>1.Knee flexion (angles) <br/ ><br>2.Knee valgus (angles) <br/ ><br>3.Hip flexion (angles) <br/ ><br>4.Touch down- region of initial contact and the sequence of events that follow it. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Plantar pressure: <br/ ><br>1.Average plantar pressure (N/cm2) <br/ ><br>2.Peak plantar pressure (N/cm2) <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 3 days per person
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Spatial and temporal parameters: <br/ ><br>1.Cutting width (m) - the distance between the planted leg and the contralateral leg. <br/ ><br>2.Cutting time (sec) - Time elapsed between planting of foot until the leg leaves the ground. <br/ ><br>3.Approach speed (m/s) - The speed just before the cutting maneuver is performed. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 3 days per person
