Name Time Method <p>Main study parameters/endpoints<br /><br>To measure in vitro mycobacterial growth inhibition at time point zero, six<br /><br>weeks and six months. To characterize monocyte and lymphocyte subsets by using<br /><br>Flow cytometry. Parameters of trained innate immunity will be correlated with<br /><br>eventual induction of adaptive immunity and infectious stages.</p><br>
