Inclusion Criteria
Patients of age 20 to 60 years scheduled for laproscopic urological procedure
BMI > 30
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of known allergies to study drugs
Opioid use one month prior to surgery
Chronic opioid addiction
Inability to comprehend visual analog scale Pregnant or lactating mothers
History of significant hepatic, renal or cardiac disease
