入选标准
- •1) Over 18 years old, first catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation
- •2) Transthoracic echocardiographically LA dimension <55mm
- •3) Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation
- •4) A patient who agreed the writtend informed consent
排除标准
- •1) A patient who rejected the informed consent
- •2) currently steroid treatment
- •3) active inflammation
- •4) active gastric and duodenal ulcer
- •5) active viral hepatitis or elevated liver enzyme
- •6) concurrent life threathening disease; end stage renal disease, end stage heart failure
- •7) documented osteroporosis and osteroporotic fracture
- •8) prosthetic valve replacement or LA dimension > 55mm
