Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Over 18 years old, first catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation
- •2\) Transthoracic echocardiographically LA dimension \<55mm
- •3\) Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation
- •4\) A patient who agreed the writtend informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) A patient who rejected the informed consent
- •2\) currently steroid treatment
- •3\) active inflammation
- •4\) active gastric and duodenal ulcer
- •5\) active viral hepatitis or elevated liver enzyme
- •6\) concurrent life threathening disease; end stage renal disease, end stage heart failure
- •7\) documented osteroporosis and osteroporotic fracture
- •8\) prosthetic valve replacement or LA dimension \> 55mm
