1) Over 18 years old, first catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation
2) Transthoracic echocardiographically LA dimension <55mm
3) Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation
4) A patient who agreed the writtend informed consent
1) A patient who rejected the informed consent
2) currently steroid treatment
3) active inflammation
4) active gastric and duodenal ulcer
5) active viral hepatitis or elevated liver enzyme
6) concurrent life threathening disease; end stage renal disease, end stage heart failure
7) documented osteroporosis and osteroporotic fracture
8) prosthetic valve replacement or LA dimension > 55mm
