Inclusion Criteria

Bilateral areas in the jaw where the teeth have gingival recession. If the number of teeth affected by recession on both sides of the jaw is not the same, the area with a smaller size is the criterion, and the same number of teeth is considered on the opposite side of the surgical site
The bilateral areas affected by the analysis should have approximately the same recession depth
There should not be CAL interdental soft tissue in the areas with recession (Miller 1 and 2)
The presence of a sulcus with a depth < 3 mm
The thickness of the palate in people should be at least 2 mm
Absence of signs of inflammation in the teeth located in the area of ??gum augmentation (such as BOP, enlargement, pus) or if there is, performing periodontal treatment and controlling the symptoms
People over 18 years old
There is no history of graft harvesting from palate

Exclusion Criteria

Smokers who smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day
Pregnant women
People who take drugs that affect periodontal tissues and healing of tissues
Teeth in the surgical area with mobility or improper root treatment

Primary Outcome Measures

Evaluation the pain level of the patient in the donor area which is measured based on the Visual Analogue Scale. Timepoint: The third and seventh day after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Score.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Graft shrinkage in recipient site. Timepoint: 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: The ratio of the grafted area in recipient site to the initial area of the graft before suturing, which is measured by Image J software.;Evaluating the degree of color matching in the recipient area. Timepoint: 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: The score of 3 blind professor regarding the method used and averaging them.;Evaluating the thickness of grafted site. Timepoint: 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Ultrasonography.
