Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients undergoing elective lumbar spine surgery like lumbar decompressions and lumbar discectomies

Exclusion Criteria

  • •less than 20 and more than 70yrs, infection and trauma patients
  • •Patients with neurological deficits
  • •Patients with postoperative drain and dural tears
