- •patients undergoing elective lumbar spine surgery like lumbar decompressions and lumbar discectomies
Exclusion Criteria
- •less than 20 and more than 70yrs, infection and trauma patients
- •Patients with neurological deficits
- •Patients with postoperative drain and dural tears
