Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
- •2\. Age 18\-60 years of either sex
- •undergoing arthroscopic ACL reconstruction under spinal anaesthesia and receiving postoperative femoral nerve block
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulopathy, spine deformities, local infection)
- •3\. Pre\-existing neurological deficit
- •4\. Inability to understand Numerical Rating Scale ( NRS )
- •5\. Surgical duration exceeding the effect of spinal anaesthesia
