入选标准
- •1. All ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
- •2. Age 18-60 years of either sex
- •undergoing arthroscopic ACL reconstruction under spinal anaesthesia and receiving postoperative femoral nerve block
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulopathy, spine deformities, local infection)
- •3. Pre-existing neurological deficit
- •4. Inability to understand Numerical Rating Scale ( NRS )
- •5. Surgical duration exceeding the effect of spinal anaesthesia
