Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. All ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
  • 2\. Age 18\-60 years of either sex
  • undergoing arthroscopic ACL reconstruction under spinal anaesthesia and receiving postoperative femoral nerve block

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patient refusal
  • 2\. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulopathy, spine deformities, local infection)
  • 3\. Pre\-existing neurological deficit
  • 4\. Inability to understand Numerical Rating Scale ( NRS )
  • 5\. Surgical duration exceeding the effect of spinal anaesthesia
