入选标准
- •1.All adult patients scheduled for elective major abdominal surgeries
- •2.with an anticipated duration of 2 h or more
- •3.a moderate to high risk of postoperative pulmonary complications, defined by an ARISCAT risk score of 26 points or more, were eligible for recruitment.
排除标准
- •2.Emergency surgeries
- •3.Morbid obesity (BMI >= 40)
- •4.obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome
- •5.pregnant patients
- •6.Any contraindications to NIV or HFNC Therapy
