a. Patients who complain of subjective tinnitus for more than 3 months, with depression as adults aged 19 to 80 (patients with Beck's depression inventory of 10 or more or Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS-D) of 8 or more).
b. Patients who fall under the requirements of a and do not respond to high-dose medication (such as antidepressants and blood circulation improvement agents) for at least one month, and who have a better hearing than 50 dB in a pure sound test.

- Metal Transplant Insertor
- artificial pacemaker user
- Cardiovascular disease (neuropathy, myocardial infarction)
- history of epilepsy
- central nervous system lesion
- a tumor of the auditory nerve
- Patients who have recently taken or are currently taking mental illness drugs for purposes other than tinnitus and depression.
- A person who is pregnant or is about to become pregnant.
- A person who cannot understand the contents of the consent form. (literacy, foreigners, etc.)
