Adult women aged 45 or older and under 70 years old, who have reached menopause, must have menopause syndrome, and have a Kupperman index of 15 or higher, can participate.
Exclusion criteria were as follows: those who had undergone HRT within 6 weeks or had surgically menopause, patients who were contraindicated in hormone therapy, patients with acute and severe cardiovascular diseases(heart failure, myocardial infarction, and stroke), those with serious liver function abnormalities, those with a history of clinically significant hypersensitivity to drugs and health functional foods, those with a history of psychiatric treatment within 2 months prior to screening, those with a history of drug or alcohol abuse ruler.
